Smile Education is recruiting enthusiastic, resilient and passionate Sports Coaches and Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Worcester and Bromsgrove.

As a Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, improve engagement, develop positive relationships and overcome barriers to learning. Whether you're supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering intervention sessions or using sport to encourage participation and wellbeing, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Working with children or young peopleExperience supporting pupils with any of the following is advantageous:
Autism (ASC)
ADHD
SEMH
Behavioural Needs
Speech, Language and Communication Needs
Complex Needs
Social, Emotional and Mental Health NeedsIdeal candidates will:
