Key Responsibilities
* Completing audits and maintaining accurate records
* Ordering materials and monitoring stock requirements
* Organising deliveries and coordinating logistics
* Collating invoices and maintaining filing systems
* Providing general office administration support
* Managing and liaising with the supply chain
* Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a strong administrative or office coordination role
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience within the construction or fire protection sector would be advantageous but is not essential
