Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver
Location: Minworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30am – 1:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
MET Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Individual to join our client's team in Minworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments who is looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
Machine minding and supporting production processes as required.
Loading and unloading company delivery vehicles.
Carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Accurately counting, checking, and recording crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse.
Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Handling company equipment and property with care and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and relevant experience.
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
