Competitive Rate: Earn anything from £15.50 - £20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Overtime: 20% extra for any overtime worked. (Plenty of overtime available)
Core Responsibilities:
* Woodworking to design, construct, and finish bespoke cabinets and furniture. This involves selecting the appropriate materials, cutting, shaping, and assembling components with precision and care.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Carefully select and source high-quality materials, including hardwoods, veneers, and other decorative elements, to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal in every project.
* Maintain a well-organised and efficient workshop environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilised.
* Prioritise safety and cleanliness in the workspace at all times.
* Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
* Address any issues or adjustments needed to achieve perfection.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship and creativity.
* Knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans with precision.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and project management.
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30AM - 16:30PM
