This is a key front-of-house role at the heart of the guest journey, where you will create exceptional first impressions and deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience from arrival through to departure.
Role & Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival to departure
* Manage spa bookings efficiently, maximising availability and revenue opportunities
* Complete all reception administration, including guest profiles, payments, and reporting
* Maintain expert knowledge of spa treatments, packages, and promotions
* Conduct engaging spa tours for guests
* Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain exceptional presentation standards across reception areas
Requirements
* Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable (full training provided)
* Exceptional communication and guest service skills
* Knowledge use of Microsoft, Windows and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Professional, well-presented, and aligned with luxury brand standards

Hours of Work:
Up to 40 hours per week across shifts between 6am–10:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays
