The Role - Multi-Subject SEN Teacher
A Secondary SEN School in Barking is seeking a dedicated Multi-Subject SEN Teacher to join their team from September. You will teach a range of curriculum subjects to students aged 11-19 with a variety of additional needs, adapting lessons to meet individual learning styles and abilities. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and therapists, and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. The successful Multi-Subject SEN Teacher will have excellent classroom management skills, a nurturing approach, and the flexibility to teach across different subject areas while supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
