We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Industrial & Driving temporary recruitment desk based in Warrington. The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business while delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing a busy Industrial & Driving temporary recruitment desk.
* Winning new business through proactive sales, networking and referrals.
* Building long-term relationships with clients across logistics, transport, warehousing and industrial sectors.
* Recruiting, interviewing and placing industrial and driving candidates into temporary assignments.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement and aftercare.
* Coordinating temporary workers, ensuring excellent levels of compliance and customer service.
* Negotiating rates, terms of business and commercial agreements.
* Achieving and exceeding sales, activity and billing targets.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial and/or Driving recruitment sector (essential).
* A proven track record of business development and generating revenue.
* Experience managing temporary recruitment desks.
* Strong client relationship management and account development skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
* A proactive, resilient and target-driven attitude.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
