We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a highways structures team on a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways and structures projects.
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and programme management.
Experience managing subcontractors, labour, and site resources.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
Highways and major infrastructure experience advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy delivery team on a key highways structures project
