Global Highland are looking for Front of House to join our client in their busy community restaurant and bar in a small village near to Pitlochry.
Front of House create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
* Take food and drink orders accurately.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently.
* Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
* Handle payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
* Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
* Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
* Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Requirements
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.
* Well-presented with a professional manner.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
