Location: London & Home Counties (Travel Nationwide Required)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Vehicle Allowance
Location: Based out of their regional office in Northeast London, however this is a nationwide contract which covers down as far as Bournemouth and up as far as Glasgow/Edinburgh.
This contract will also cover working within High Security premises so will require security clearance processes to be undertaken if successful
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of all activities within the assigned contracts team.
* Oversee projects from enquiry through to invoice and certification.
* Grow and manage a team of Contracts Managers, Supervisors and Operatives.
* Ensure contracts are mobilised correctly with appropriate budgets, resources and responsibilities.
* Monitor commercial performance and profitability against budgets.
* Maintain high health & safety, quality, and compliance standards.
* Resolve site issues quickly and effectively.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through key account management.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and team development meetings.
* Deliver company strategic objectives and support business growth.
Experience Required
* Strong background in passive fire protection (fire doors and/or compartmentation).
* Experience delivering projects from enquiry to completion/certification.
* Previous client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
* Experience managing multiple Contracts Managers.
* Proven responsibility for health & safety and quality standards.
