Vacuum Excavator Operator

Tracked Vacuum Excavator Operator Required – Immediate Start

We're looking for an experienced Tracked Vacuum Excavator Operator to join a busy site team on a long-term project in the Suffolk area.

Duties will include:

•Operating a small tracked vacuum excavator safely and efficiently
•Carrying out non-destructive excavation around live utilities and underground services
•Exposing existing services using vacuum excavation techniques
•Assisting with trenching and ducting works
•Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects
•Working safely in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

•Previous experience operating a tracked vacuum excavator is essential
•Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator card
•CSCS Card
•Full PPE
•Experience working around underground utilities and buried services
•Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
