Commercial Electrician

Are you an experienced Commercial Electrician with strong fault-finding skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor working across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial, commercial sites along the South Coast. Covering locations between Worthing and Portsmouth, Chichester area, you'll work on projects including schools, factories, offices, industrial premises and other commercial properties, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance, testing and installation services.

We're looking for a reliable Commercial Electrician who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with clients, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Applicants ideally will live in the Selsey or Chichester area, although candidates based in Portsmouth or Worthing will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical testing, inspection and certification.
Diagnose faults and complete reactive maintenance efficiently.
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems across commercial and industrial sites.
Complete planned maintenance and small installation projects.
Respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Complete accurate job documentation and reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
Manage your diary efficiently.
Live in the Chichester area.

Skills & Experience Required

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
AM2 qualification.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Enhanced DBS check Will be required.
Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician working within commercial and industrial environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to provide two satisfactory employment references.
