Are you an experienced Groundworking Gang looking for your next contract?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Groundworking Gang to join a professional and well-established civil engineering contractor on a project in Halesowen. This is a hands-on site-based role requiring a reliable, safety-conscious gang capable of delivering high-quality external works while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and health & safety.
The successful gang will consist of:
* Groundworker
* Mini Digger Operator
* 1 Tonne Dumper Driver

Qualifications
Essential:
* Valid CSCS Cards (All Operatives)
* Enhanced DBS Checks (All Operatives)
* CPCS or NPORS Card (Mini Digger Operator)
* CPCS or NPORS Card (1 Tonne Dumper Driver)
* Full PPE
Desirable:
* Streetworks (NRSWA)
* First Aid
* Previous experience working on schools or public sector projects
Roles & Responsibilities
* Installing stone edging
* Levelling and preparing stone
* Assisting with tarmac works
* Safe operation of mini excavator
* Safe operation of 1 tonne dumper
* Working efficiently as part of a groundworking gang
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship
* Working safely in accordance with site procedures
Requirements

* Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and site-specific requirements.
* Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others.
* Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Follow all instructions issued by site management.
