Description

Manage and maintain existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks and preparing reports.
Respond to client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analysing performance data.
Support new client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.Profile
