We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations on a busy construction project in London. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent weekday work with a well-established contractor.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all site logistics and coordinate deliveries.
* Oversee vehicle movements and traffic management on site.
* Plan and manage material storage and distribution.
* Coordinate subcontractors and logistics personnel.
* Ensure all logistics operations comply with site health and safety procedures.
* Liaise with the site management team to maintain programme efficiency.
* Monitor access routes, welfare facilities, and site housekeeping.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS Certificate (Essential)
* Black CSCS Card (Essential)
* Previous experience as a Logistics Manager on construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction site logistics and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
