The Role
As the Head of Projects, you’ll:
• Lead the delivery of a £20m+ lifecycle programme across a live hospital estate.
• Oversee and manage a team of approximately 20 Project Managers.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion, focusing on M&E and healthcare fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success and operational excellence.

You
To be successful in the role of Head of Projects, you’ll bring:
• Extensive experience managing large-scale lifecycle programmes in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of M&E and fit-out projects.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing sizeable teams.
• A collaborative approach to project management and stakeholder engagement.
