How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Systems Analyst Location: London and South East (Remote role with travel expected to homes)

    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

    Are you an experienced Systems Analyst with a passion for improving business processes through technology? Do you enjoy working closely with stakeholders to deliver system improvements that make a real difference?

    We're recruiting on behalf of an established organisation within the care sector that is investing heavily in its digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing, optimising, and supporting a range of business-critical systems across multiple sites.

    The Role Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you'll help ensure that technology supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You'll be involved in everything from analysing existing processes and gathering requirements to supporting new system implementations, user training, reporting, and ongoing system optimisation.

    This is a varied position offering the opportunity to contribute to projects involving Electronic Care Records, workforce management, HR, compliance, and other operational systems.

    Key Responsibilities
    Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
    Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
    Support the implementation and rollout of new business systems across multiple locations.
    Coordinate system testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
    Deliver user training and create clear, engaging documentation.
    Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot technical issues.
    Produce reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and industry standards.
    Work collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders.About You You'll be an experienced Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users.

    You'll ideally have:

    Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
    Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and data flows.
    Experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
    Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.Desirable
    Experience within healthcare, social care, or another regulated environment.
    Knowledge of Electronic Care Records or workforce management systems.
    Understanding of GDPR, compliance, and information governance.
    Experience working on system implementation or digital transformation projects.
    Project management or ITIL qualifications would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
