How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Global Technical Project Manager/Product Owner - Digital Platforms - London

    Daily rate: £500 - £600 (inside IR35)

    Duration: 6 months

    Start: ASAP

    Hybrid: 2 - 3 days per week

    My client is looking for someone to be responsible for shaping and delivering the technical roadmap for global digital platforms and customer experience solutions. Working with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery partners, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, prioritise platform enhancements, and support digital transformation initiatives, including platform modernisation and CMS migration programmes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own and manage one or more global digital platform domains.
    Define technical roadmaps, platform capabilities, and delivery priorities.
    Work with engineering, architecture, security, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
    Lead technical discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, and prioritisation.
    Manage integrations, dependencies, and cross-platform impacts.
    Support platform modernisation, cloud adoption, CMS migrations, and digital transformation programmes.
    Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
    Act as the link between business and technical teams, driving successful programme delivery.

    Requirements & Skills

    Strong understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, APIs, integrations, and customer experience ecosystems.
    Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
    Experience working closely with architecture and engineering teams.
    Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and modernisation strategies.
    Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Aha!.
    Knowledge of CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager desirable), SEO, analytics, and accessibility best practices.

    Experience

    10+ years in Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles.
    Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and transformation programmes.
    Proven track record managing technical backlogs, platform enhancements, and engineering delivery.
    Experience with CMS platforms, website technologies, and global multi-market environments.
    Experience supporting enterprise platform migrations, CMS modernisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
    Experience managing vendors and presenting to senior stakeholders.
