How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CMMS Data & BIM Asset Coordinator

    Location: London (Hybrid) - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
    Salary: £40,000-£70,000 DOE

    We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading engineering consultancy seeking a CMMS Data & BIM Asset Coordinator to support the delivery of major building and infrastructure projects.

    This role is ideal for someone with experience in BIM, asset data management, COBie, CMMS, and digital handover who enjoys working with technical data and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

    What you'll be doing

    Manage and validate BIM asset data for CMMS and digital handover.
    Review Revit models and coordinate asset information.
    Prepare asset registers, COBie data, and CMMS import files.
    Work closely with BIM, engineering, commissioning, and facilities management teams.
    Ensure asset information is accurate, complete, and ready for client handover.

    What we're looking for

    Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
    Knowledge of CMMS, COBie, ISO 19650, and asset information management.
    Strong Excel and data management skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
    Around 5+ years' BIM or digital engineering experience.
