We're looking for a proactive and motivated Business Adviser for a 9 Month FTC to join a leading global consumer goods organisation. In this field-based role, you'll partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them unlock commercial opportunities and drive product performance across their stores.
What you'll be doing
* Managing your own geographical territory
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers
* Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance
* Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities
* Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets
* Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities
* Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices
* Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management
* Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
* Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability
* Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively
* Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
* Full UK driving licence
