Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation.
* Process forms, applications and administrative requests.
* Respond to enquiries by phone, email and in person.
* Manage digital filing systems and records.
* Support meetings, events and departmental activities.
* Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation.
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
* Use Microsoft Office and internal systems daily.
Experience & Skills:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
* Up to 6 months' administration experience desirable but not essential.
