The Role
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Working 1:1 with pupils or leading small intervention groups.
Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.
Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
Helping to promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil progress.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a primary school.
A positive, proactive and caring approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
