Are you an Administrator from a construction or interior design background looking for a stable Mon-Fri office-based role, with a thriving and diverse company, well known for their friendly culture and vibrant work environment?

This role will involve general admin support for the business such as raising and chasing invoices, credit control, scheduling work and collating time sheets and ordering materials for projects. You will also liaise with high profile clientele.

This local company have been operating for over 4 decades and provide high end marble finishes for blue chip clients all over the South of England. They have undertaken large projects in the construction, commercial and residential building sectors and pride themselves on their high quality of work.

This role would suit an Administrator from a construction or interior design background, looking to join a stable and secure company that will look after you and truly value your work.

The Role:

Raising, chasing and producing invoices
Collating time sheets and ordering materials for projects
Liaising with customers and clients over the phone
Assisting with basic bookkeeping
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, 40 hrs per week. Flexitime availableThe Person:
