Events Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid with occasional site days in Thanet, Kent
Salary: £33k-£34k DOE per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Events Business Development Manager to lead and grow exhibition and sponsorship programmes across a portfolio of high-profile events. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, securing new business, and delivering exceptional partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage sponsorship and exhibition programmes from sale through to delivery
* Build, maintain and grow relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
* Identify and secure new sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
* Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and revenue reporting
* Negotiate partnership agreements alongside senior stakeholders
* Coordinate sponsor communications, applications and deliverables
* Support invoicing and commercial administration processes
* Manage exhibitor logistics including stand allocations and onsite support
* Update event websites, sponsorship content and partner materials
* Manage exhibitor and sponsor information within event platforms and apps
* Produce reports, feedback analysis and ROI insights
* Attend events and act as the key contact for exhibitors and sponsors
About You
* Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, exhibitions or event account management
* Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
* Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 and event platforms
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
