How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Spray Cell Operative within our growing team at our i54 site in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week. You'll work across two shifts, Monday to Friday: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

    In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

    In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting sinks as they come out of the dryer, ensuring they meet our quality standards before progressing to the next stage of production. You'll identify and report any defects, complete the required quality documentation, and prepare sinks ready for processing through our automated robotic spray system. Your attention to detail will help ensure every luxury sink meets the high standards expected of the House of Rohl brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Carrying out detailed quality inspections of sinks as they exit the dryer.
    Identifying, recording, and escalating any defects or quality concerns.
    Ensuring all quality checks and associated paperwork are completed accurately.
    Preparing sinks for the robotic spray process in line with production requirements.
    Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards at all times.
    Communicating any product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Team Leader.
    Ensuring products are processed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
    Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the work area.
    Ensuring all PPE is worn correctly and health and safety procedures are followed.
    Understanding the impact of quality issues on downstream processes and the finished product.
    Supporting continuous improvement activities and training as required.
    Working collaboratively with colleagues across production departments to achieve daily targets.For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
