How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, they are seeking two detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Purchasing Coordinators to join their Operations team.

    * Work directly with NPD and Marketing on the introduction of new packaging lines and artwork/specification changes.
Role 2: Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator – Raw Materials
    * Focus on ingredients, consumables, shelf life, and allergen compliance.
    * Maintain raw material inventory forecasts, track short-dated or at-risk stock, and raise POs to hit production schedules.
    * Ensure all incoming ingredients strictly meet food safety, quality, and allergen requirements while supporting sitewide traceability audits.
    Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
    * Conduct regular, physical stock counts in the production & warehouses, investigating and resolving any variances promptly.
    * Raise purchase orders against agreed supplier specs/contracts, reconcile deliveries against invoices, and manage pricing/lead-time queries with suppliers.
    * Maintain accurate stock records, analyse inventory flow, and track monthly performance against waste, cost, and stock availability targets.
    * Support site traceability exercises, inventory reconciliations, and continuous improvement projects.
    Your Skills & Experience
    * You must be comfortable and confident in the shop floor/warehouse areas to conduct regular physical inventory audits and count reconciliations.
    * Advanced Excel & Systems Skills - Highly competent using spreadsheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data modelling) for inventory & purchasing.
    * Proven track record in stock control, inventory management, purchasing, or supply coordination. Food manufacturing or FMCG background.
    * Strong problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    * Able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (Production, Technical, NPD) and external suppliers
