The Opportunity
You'll launch TikTok from scratch, elevate Instagram and become the creative force behind the brand's social presence.
Working across multiple studio locations, you'll capture authentic moments with the wider team and leadership, producing engaging content that feels real, not staged.
This isn't a role for someone who follows trends. It's for someone who knows how to create them.
This brand has built its reputation by challenging expectations, and its social channels should do exactly the same.If you can instantly spot an overused caption, cringe at wellness clichés and know how to tell a story without filling it with unnecessary words, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing
* Launch and grow TikTok from the ground up.
* Develop and execute engaging Instagram content.
* Plan, film, edit and publish high-performing short-form video.
* Create authentic content featuring staff memebers, guests and the wider team.
* Capture leadership content that builds trust and grows brand awareness.
* Organise and lead your own content shoots across multiple locations.
* Manage freelance photographers and videographers on larger campaigns.
* Bring brand partnerships to life through creative social content.
* Build an engaged online community through meaningful interaction.
* Monitor performance and continually optimise content using insights and analytics.
* Support wider marketing campaigns with social-first creative assets.
You'll ideally have:
* 1-2 years' experience in social media or content creation.
* Excellent short-form video skills using tools such as CapCut or InShot.
* Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
* The ability to spot trends while knowing when not to follow them.
* A proactive, creative mindset with the confidence to shape something new.
* An interest in lifestyle, fitness, wellness or premium consumer brands.
