We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Waste Porters in the vibrant area of Colney, South Norfolk. This is a temporary position where you can showcase your commitment to public service while working in a friendly and supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
As a Waste Porter, your role will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the community. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting and transporting waste from designated areas to disposal points.
Ensuring waste is sorted correctly for recycling and disposal.
Assisting with the upkeep of waste collection sites to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Working alongside a dedicated team to promote effective waste management practises.
Engaging with the public in a positive and professional manner.
What We're Looking For:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with the public and fellow team members.
A commitment to health and safety standards.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
