3CX Driver

Join a reliable onsite team where your contribution matters from day one. We're looking for an experienced 3CX Driver to support busy construction projects with an ASAP start.

The Role

Operating a 3CX backhoe loader safely and efficiently in line with site requirements
Carrying out excavation, loading, grading, trenching, and material movement
Assisting with site preparation and groundworks as directed by the Site Supervisor
Loading and unloading materials using the machine where required
Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements
Following site plans and instructions accurately
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations

We're Looking For

Valid CPCS or NPORS 3CX (Backhoe Loader) certification
Previous experience operating a 3CX on construction or civil engineering sites
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe working practices
CSCS card preferred

What's In It For You - 3CX Driver

Pay: £22.00 to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience
