How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Marketing Manager (Law or Legal Experience) (Part-Time, Hybrid) – London - up to £45k per annum (pro rata) plus company benefits

    Our client is well-established Marketing Agency; due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Account Manager (Must have in-house legal marketing experience)

    As the dedicated Marketing Account Manager to a selection of our professional services clients, you will need to be able to identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to meet their organisational and strategic objectives.

    Main responsibilities:

    * Research and create marketing strategies and tactical action plans for clients

    * Manage and coordinate all marketing activities for your clients derived from the agreed strategies

    * Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services

    * Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

    * Develop and implement marketing plans, email campaigns, and projects in line with organisational objectives

    * Write content including blogs and case studies for the business and for clients

    * Expand and develop marketing platforms

    * Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

    * Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

    * Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

    * Create and present marketing topics to internal and external audiences

    * Liaise with media and advertising

    * Write multiple social media posts and schedules for clients and create visuals using Canva or other design tools

    Applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

    * CIM or equivalent qualification/experience

    * Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred) - to include the ability to plan, implement and report on digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Analytics and social media

    * Professional service marketing: 2 years (required) - understanding or work experience in the professional service sector (law/accountancy/financial services etc)

    Benefits include:
