Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for students facing behavioural difficulties
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in partnership with teachers and support staff
Build positive, supportive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement
Contribute to the development and delivery of individualised behaviour plans
Monitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with teachers and parents or guardians
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with students who have behavioural needs is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Genuine passion for supporting students’ social and emotional development
