A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
Professional qualification such as MRICS or similar.
Strong background in quantity surveying and cost management.
Experience working on healthcare or NHS-related construction projects.
Skilled in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and standards.Job Offer
Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
