This is a varied role involving plumbing repairs, planned maintenance and kitchen and bathroom improvements, with the opportunity to use a range of additional trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
Carry out kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and upgrades.
Prepare void properties ready for new occupants.
Undertake planned maintenance and general property repairs.
Carry out basic carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating where required.
Participate in a rota for emergency out-of-hours call-outs.
About You
City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
Experience within property maintenance, repairs or social housing.
Ability to carry out additional multi-trade work where required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Full UK full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
