What You'll Be Doing:
* Support children with autism and SEMH on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Deliver targeted interventions across phonics, literacy and numeracy
* Encourage positive behaviour, communication and emotional development
* Adapt learning activities to meet individual SEND needs
* Work alongside teachers and the SENDCo to monitor pupil progress
Ideal Candidate for this Brent Primary School:
* Graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree
* Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting SEND is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of autism, SEMH or additional learning needs
* Aspiring teacher, Psychology graduate or future Educational Psychologist
