We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Stroud that produces high-quality components used in industries including aerospace, automotive and defence. Join a friendly team where you'll learn valuable skills, work with precision products and build a long-term career.
The Role
As a Light Assembly Operative, you'll assemble a variety of small components using hand tools and simple work instructions. This is clean, bench-based work that requires good attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling small components and products
Using hand tools and assembly equipment
Following straightforward work instructions
Carrying out light wiring and assembly tasks
Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
Keeping your workstation clean and organised
Working as part of a supportive production teamFull training is provided, so you don't need previous assembly experience.
