ARC are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a residential housing development in Halstead, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Site Manager looking for a couple of days' work with an immediate start.

The Role

Site Manager
Location: Halstead, Essex
Start: ASAP – This Week
Rate: £260–£270 per day
Residential housing development

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

CSCS Manager Card
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Previous Site Management experience
Residential housing experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
