How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are looking for a driven Process Operative in Bridgwater area (TA6) for a temporary assignment.

    4 on 4 off Shift pattern – 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off
    12 Hour shifts – Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00
    Day: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)
    Night: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)

    Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platform.As a Process Operative you will join our large Production team of over 500 colleagues, where you will be working on one of the 27 production line’s overseeing the beverage filling machines. The production machines create, fill and package drinks products from smoothies to leading supermarket juice’s and everything in between.
     
    As a Process Operative you will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to lead changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults. Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.
     
    Ideally, you will be an experienced production or process operative with a strong understanding of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment. You’ll have hands-on experience operating and maintaining production line equipment, carrying out changeovers, basic fault finding, and quality checks in line with company standards. Confident using IT systems to record production data.

    Process Operative: Key responsibilities

    Preparing and mixing ingredients accurately to meet production requirements
    Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
    Handling raw materials, including moving and lifting drums up to 25kg
    Monitoring production flow and planning ahead to avoid delays
    Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
