Main Duties:
As a Management Accountant, your main duties include:
* Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts across several group entities
* Managing the full accounting cycle, including journals, accruals, prepayments, inventory and variance analysis
* Producing profit and loss analysis to support wider business performance reviews
* Carrying out balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Completing intercompany reconciliations across the group
* Producing sales reporting to support commercial decision-making
* Contributing to costing exercises across the business
* Assisting with quarterly and annual audit processes
* Getting involved in projects aimed at improving efficiency and streamlining processes
* Providing support to the wider finance team as required

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar management accounts role is essential
* Actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification (part qualified), or QBE
* Experience dealing with multi-entity accounts is desirable
* Strong Excel skills with confidence manipulating and analysing data
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
