You are a Freelance Site Manager who enjoys the pace of fast track fit out projects and likes seeing a job progress from start to finish. You know how to keep subcontractors moving, maintain high standards and deliver projects safely without compromising on quality.
You will be happy working nationwide and enjoy the variety that comes with delivering bar and restaurant fit out schemes across the UK. Ideally you will come from a joinery background, giving you a good understanding of quality finishes and the practical side of interior fit out.
If you take pride in running organised sites, communicating well with clients and subcontractors and delivering projects on programme, this could be a great fit for you.
Your experience
You will already have experience working as a Site Manager within the fit out sector, ideally delivering fast track hospitality, bar, restaurant or commercial interior projects.
You will hold a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
A joinery trade background would be a real advantage, along with a track record of managing multiple trades, maintaining health and safety standards and delivering projects to demanding programmes.

You will be managing fast paced bar and restaurant fit out projects from site set up through to completion.
You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, manage site health and safety, attend site meetings and ensure work is completed on programme and to a high standard.
This is a nationwide freelance opportunity offering regular work on a variety of projects with shift rates between £260 and £280, giving you the chance to work with an established contractor that continues to secure repeat business across the hospitality fit out sector.
