The Company
NEOS Engineering are working exclusively with a well-established and highly respected plant hire business who are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Plant Fitter to join their busy Hayes depot.

The Role
As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and inspection of a wide range of heavy plant and construction equipment. Working within a modern workshop, you'll ensure machinery is maintained to the highest standards, helping keep customers operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery.
Diagnose and fault-find mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
Carry out routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance.
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Accurately complete service reports and job documentation.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
The Candidate
Experience working on heavy plant, construction or agricultural machinery.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
