How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
    Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels
    Own digital marketing performance, budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets
    Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation
    Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey
    Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance
    Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
    Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams
    Lead, mentor and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regionsProfile

    You'll be an experienced B2B growth marketing leader with a proven track record of building demand generation engines that directly impact commercial performance.

    Essential experience

    10+ years' experience in demand generation, digital marketing or growth marketing
    Experience leading international, multi-market B2B marketing teams
    Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO and performance marketing.
    A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue and ROI.
    Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership
    Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across global markets
