Are you organised, practical and customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail?
We're working with an exciting and well-established main dealer group representing a German automotive brand, based in Maidstone, who are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is confident dealing with customers.
You'll play an important role in ensuring the site is presented to the highest possible standard, while helping to make sure customers receive an excellent experience from the moment they arrive.
The Role
As Site Co-Ordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping the forecourt and showroom looking their best, while ensuring vehicles are moved, prepared and delivered safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the forecourt and ensuring it is clean, tidy and presented in an eye-catching way
* Ensuring all vehicles on the forecourt are clean and have clearly visible price boards
* Maintaining the forecourt to a consistently high standard
* Moving vehicles to and from the forecourt safely and responsibly
* Ensuring vehicles displayed in the showroom are clean and presented to the required standard
* Maintaining the showroom layout in line with site specifications and guidelines
* Delivering and collecting customer vehicles efficiently and on time, using the most direct route
* Checking that pre-delivery inspections, servicing and any authorised repairs have been completed before vehicles are delivered
* Providing a high level of customer service and working to exceed customer expectations
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
* Handling dissatisfied customers calmly and professionally, escalating complaints to the Manager when required
* Working closely with colleagues across the site to ensure everything runs smoothly
Requirements
* Friendly, professional and customer-focused
* Organised and able to manage a varied workload
* Practical and hands-on, with a strong eye for detail
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
* Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
* Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards
Previous automotive experience would be advantageous, but we're primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and approach to customer service.
Salary and Benefits
* £28,100 basic salary
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
* No weekend working

Due to insurance requirements, applicants must:
* Be 21 years of age or over
* Hold a full UK driving licence
