* Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery, ensuring safe handling of heavy items through proper lifting techniques.
* Conduct cleaning and sanitation of work areas to maintain a tidy and hazard-free environment.
* Assist with waste collection and disposal processes, supporting sanitation efforts across the facility.
* Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
* Support manufacturing or recycling operations by sorting materials accurately and efficiently.
* Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to operational procedures.
* Proven experience operating loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, or garbage trucks in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
* Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety and efficiency.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift.
* Excellent attention to detail for sorting recyclable materials accurately.
