Temp to Perm
Location: Brierley Hill
Hours: 10am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday
Pay: £13.17 per hour
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company. The standard shift is 10:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday to Thursday, however, due to business demands, you must be flexible to work between 9:00am and 8:00pm. You should also be available to work across all seven days of the week if required, with shifts adjusted to meet operational needs.
Duties Include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
Carrying out stock checks and replenishment.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and adhering to health and safety procedures.
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a valid, in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
Previous warehouse and forklift driving experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Flexible with working hours and days to support business requirements.
Good attention to detail and able to work as part of a team.
