Core Responsibilities
As a versatile Teaching Assistant, you will play an active role in raising attainment and keeping pupils engaged:
Academic Interventions: Plan and execute small-group booster sessions tailored to literacy, reading comprehension, and key maths skills.
Classroom Logistics: Collaborate with the primary teacher to maintain an orderly environment and prepare learning resources in Ellesmere Port.
Inclusive Guidance: Assist children with varying abilities, ensuring lessons are accessible and tailored to individual learning speeds.
