What you'll be doing
* Providing efficient day-to-day business and administrative support
* Managing emails, calls, records, databases and office systems
* Organising meetings, events and training, including agendas and documentation
* Preparing reports, documents and standard correspondence
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and other business processes
* Responding to enquiries professionally and directing complex queries appropriately
* Working collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure excellent customer service
What we're looking for
* Previous administration or business support experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
* A professional, customer-focused approach
* Experience in healthcare, NHS or Primary Care is desirable but not essential
