The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Support students with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD.
* Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents and school leaders.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets.
We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Unqualified Teachers
* Cover Supervisors with extensive SEN experience
* HLTAs with extensive SEN experience
* Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
* A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
