Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle whilst also helping to drive sustainability initiatives across the organisation. What will the HR Coordinator role involve?
Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting day-to-day HR administration
Coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives
Supporting the management and renewal of environmental and sustainability accreditations, including ISO 14001 and FuturePlus
Assisting with environmental reporting requirements, including carbon emissions and packaging waste data
Monitoring and reporting on sustainability KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to support compliance and promote sustainable business practices
Suitable Candidate for the role of HR Coordinator:
Previous experience within HR coordination is essential
Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
CIPD Level 3 qualified, or keen to work towards it
An interest in sustainability, environmental compliance or ESG initiatives would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits for the role of HR Coordinator:
£32,000 FTE (pro rata) - dependent on experience
Part-time hours (15 hours per week)
Office-based role in Chichester
