We're recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join our successful and expanding estate agency. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fantastic team where your expertise will play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed, through to completion. Green & Company are a forward-looking independent firm of Estate Agents having six local Sales Offices and have been trading for over 30 years in and around the Sutton Coldfield area. Salary:
* Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000pa
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
* Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion and proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions
* Liaise with all parties: buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers
* Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
* Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
* Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively
Requirements:
* Previous experience in property sales progression or estate agency
* Strong communication and telephone skills and highly organised with an ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and always offering excellent customer service
Working Hours:
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays (phone number removed)pm
* Potential to be home based
