Premier Education Ltd are currently working with a large number of primary schools across Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Staffordshire who are looking for Primary Supply Teachers to join them from September 2026.
Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an experienced teacher seeking greater flexibility and a better work-life balance, we have a variety of opportunities to suit you.
Supply teaching is a fantastic way to build experience across different schools, develop your confidence, and enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work. Many of our long-term and permanent placements begin through successful supply work, making it an excellent way to get your foot in the door with local schools.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Mark and provide feedback where required
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, enthusiastic and professional approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Pay
£120 - £170 per day (dependent on experience, pay scale and assignment)
